Our support packages are designed for simplicity and value for money. By choosing either one of our inclusive packages, or deciding to pay per incident, we guarantee we have a package to suit your needs.

Package 1: Total Cover

This is our premium package as it offers ‘all-in-one’ total management cover. This package is designed to give you and your business ‘IT peace of mind’ knowing all aspects of your IT systems are covered. You pay a one fixed fee for your entire IT infrastructure.

Package 2: Back Office Cover

This package is tailor made to ensure comprehensive cover and support for your business servers. It is an ideal option for businesses with a centralised server running critical applications on a domain server, yet support for desktop cover is not required.


Package 3: Front Office Cover

This package is designed to cover all aspects of your business desktops, laptops and PDA devices only. This is suitable for businesses in a workgroup environment where a centralised server based domain is not used.

This package gives you the peace of mind that all aspects of your business desktop and laptop applications are comprehensively covered and supported.

Package 4: Per Incident Cover:

This is an option ideally suited for businesses with one to five users, where the previous packages may not be cost effective.

‘Per Incident Cover’ will offer you and your business a guaranteed response time, as well as reassurance that you have somebody you can call upon to resolve your IT problems as they occur. In the event of any problem, you simply give us a call and a visit by our engineers will be scheduled at an agreed rate.
